Did you know that jade has been used in China for many years to relieve pain and remove toxins from the body? While it helps to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet thanks to the massage you apply around the eyes, it causes relaxation by removing the tension when applied to massage the wrinkles. As it accelerates blood circulation, it leads to brighter skin. Jade has been proven to reduce the bruises and swelling under the eyes when applied cold based on long-standing observation. It also reduces blackheads when used regularly by massaging and makes the skin glow and smooth.

How to Use A Jade Roller

Jade Roller is naturally cold. Yet, if you want you can refrigerate it before using. After you wash your face thoroughly, you can apply your moisturizer and start massaging.

Cheeks and Chin:

Place the large end of the jade roller on your chin, apply medium pressure and roll it towards your ear. After repeating in the same spot 5 – 6 times, move up along your cheek. Repeat this on the opposite side.

Next, roll the large end of the roller towards your forehead. Starting in the middle of your forehead, massage towards your ears repeating the motion 5-6 times. Repeat this on the opposite side of your forehead.

 Under Eyes:

Using the small end, apply medium pressure and massage from the inner eye towards the outer corner. Repeat 10 – 15 times and switch to the other eye.

Follow the same method as the under eyes, just above the eyes.

Crow’s Feet:

Apply medium pressure by using the small end and roll the small end swiftly up and down on the corner of your eye. Repeat on the other side.

Always use the small end of the roller to reach the join. Press hard moving back and forth and then roll rapidly on spots that feel especially tight.

A natural mineral soft clay derived from the Sefidab cave in Iran is rather popular these days. Let’s get to know this miraculous product whose users say they get a silky soft skin.

What is Sefidab?

Sefidab contains animal fat mixed with various natural minerals such as zinc. Animal fat has a pH of 3.4 and it is mildly acidic. This gives it both chemical and mechanical exfoliating properties. It has a soft powdery texture like a piece of chalk. The weight of an average stone is about 30 – 35 gr. Depending on usage, it can be used 7-8 times on the face and 3-4 times on the body.

What Does Sefidab Do?

  1. It gently cleans the dead skin and cells on it without irritating the skin. It works as a natural peeling.
  2. It is effective on birth, old age, sun, acne spots.
  3. It removes blackheads and sebaceous glands.
  4. It treats cracked heels.
  5. It prevents the formation of wrinkles.
  6. It whitens the skin and removes tone differences.
  7. It reduces sweating with a peeling effect.
  8. It lightens the dark areas such as armpits and elbows.
  9. It tightens the skin and leaves a soft velvet effect.

How to Use Sefidab

Rinse your face or body with warm water, but do not use soap prior to usage. Break the stone into pieces and crush it on your palm or on a thin pouch (You can make a paste using pure rosewater instead of water). Massage the skin with circular, gentle movements. Use your fingers instead of the pouch on your face. Leave it for one minute. Rinse your skin with a lot of water to remove all the residues, and dry gently. Then, apply your favorite body lotion or moisturizer and feel your baby-soft skin.
